Before we start
To make your montage ordering process as easy as possible, we recommend you have the following handy:
- All of your photos in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format (125 photos and 3 short video clips are included, additional photos can be added for an additional fee).
- All of your videos in AVI, MP4, MOV, 3GP, or GIF format (3 short video clips are included, additional videos can be added for an additional fee). Please edit your videos to near the exact portion we are inserting into your montage. If you are unable to edit, just indicate the time codes in the NOTE Section.
- A general idea of how many sections you might like, the titles of those sections, and what music you would like for each section.
Popular sections are:
1- Growing up
2- Brothers and Sisters (if any)
3- Family
4- Extended family
5- Sports, travel, hobbies, camp
6- Friends
7- Finale (nice to end with a few recent shots of your child) - Venmo or Zelle for payment. The Photo Montage starts at $399. We offer several upgrades to make your montage really special. You DO NOT PAY on the Form, an invoice will be manually generated and submitted to you.
- Please select the package (at the beginning of the form) that closely matches your desired montage package, as each form allows for additional materials we need to complete the more advanced packages. You can always upgrade a package even after you have begun without losing your progress.
- If you experience any issues with our upload form, please contact us immediately before continuing.
PLEASE NOTE: Some File formats are NOT browser-friendly graphics file. They will get to us, but you will only see the following ICON. THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE or an ERROR.
- WE RECOMMEND BACKING UP AND ORGANIZING YOUR PHOTOS ON YOUR DESKTOP BEFORE UPLOADING TO OUR SERVER: PLEASE ONLY SEND US THE HIGHEST RESOLUTION PHOTOS FOR BEST RESULTS.

Once you start using our online form, please complete your project within 48 hours. Our form is not designed as a storage server.
*** Please furnish all materials in a timely fashion to avoid a rush charge. Your DJ usually requires the Finished and Approved Montage a few days in advance and we need to give you time to review. A Review version is available to add, delete, or replace a photo/video or fix any studio error. The Montage that you will receive are base on the displayed work on our website under the particular Package you Select. Studio retains the right to upgrade our style as needed. Please plan ahead. ***
